From humble beginnings, Ceres LA started as a small family venture, driven by a passion to reinvent the joy of rolled ice cream. Today, we’re on a mission to bring our creamy creations to all kinds of special gatherings—office events, engagement celebrations, private parties, and kids’ birthdays alike. Each event is a unique opportunity for us to share our craft, transforming every occasion into a memorable experience with fresh ingredients, delightful flavors, and a touch of Ceres' magic. Meet the team

Founded by a Loving Family.

Ceres LA is founded by Zareh Yeritsyan and his wife Nara.

Zareh and Nara’s journey began with a simple video that caught Zareh’s attention. Intrigued, he shared it with Nara and later with their children. Inspired by the idea, the family came together and started planning their next steps.

Initially, they intended to offer their services exclusively to family and relatives. However, as Zareh honed his skills and gained confidence, he decided to expand beyond just family and open his services to everyone. This led to the search for a perfect business name, which eventually became Ceres LA.

The name was inspired by Ceres, the ancient Roman goddess of agriculture, harvest, grain crops, fertility, and maternal relationships. Before officially launching the business, Zareh dedicated time to refining his craft. Once ready, he started with event catering. What began as a small catering venture has now grown, with the addition of a food truck—and even more exciting plans on the horizon.
